Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you have done. Please pay attention to this point. You gave us your phone numbers correctly; but there was an error while we were designing. Since we do not know the correct phone, we do not realize that there is a mistake or we receive the information you send with the copy / paste method. Let's say you made a clear mistake. Since we could not pay attention to the content while designing, the mistake you wrote will be reflected in the design exactly. The designs made are presented for your approval before they are given to the printing. You must check all the information before you approve the job. After obtaining approval and printing the job, no liability can be accepted for the content. To reprint, you will have to pay the full cost of the job again.
Quality losses that may occur due to color measurement differences of computer monitors are not under the responsibility of Ekip Printing House. It is the responsibility of our customers to prepare the files to be sent in CMYK color format and save them in the appropriate Graphic File Format. Ekip accepts that the files sent to the printer belong to the customer and ensures that they are used in printing only at the request of the customer.
Unethical, obscene jobs are not printed. The criminal tracking responsibility arising from the use of illegal, name, emblem, material without our knowledge regarding your job belongs to the person who sends the job. Ekip Matbaa cannot be held responsible in any way for the content of the printed works. Ekip reserves the right not to print jobs that it deems inappropriate.
Our responsibility: Ekip Matbaa is responsible for printing errors or bad printing. In such cases, your job will be reprinted without paying any additional fees.
